Jarrad Petrilyak Project Manager, Riverwood
Jarrad’s foray into construction was simply meant to be. Even as a child he loved to build things like forts to clubhouses and treehouses and sheds (are you seeing a trend, here?) In high school he helped build quarter scale houses, where students ripped down 2 by 4s down to quarter inch by 1 inch boards. They built the houses to scale from foundation to shingle. This cemented his interest in working with his hands and being a part of the process of building homes from start to finish. A “home” has a special meaning to Jarrad - He lived in the same home in Cary for 22 years. Now, he lives in Raleigh with his wife and young son, Dax, where he enjoys off-roading, bow hunting and playing basketball.
